ILE x Shogun Shido Release Artist Series

Collaborations are an opportunity to ramp up the X factor. A chance to fuse solid foundations with creative freedom to create pieces with that extra-special spark to them. So when Inside Line Equipment teamed up with Oakland-based artist Shogun Shido, they weren’t afraid to go bold and wild.

The ILE x Shogun Shido collaboration has been several months in the making and features Shido’s custom-painted 1000D Cordura. The material started out as one continuous length of fabric before being cut down into panels to create limited-edition ILE Default 25L Backpacks. The panels have been cut and placed at random but maintain the original painting’s orientation, with a cascade of drips and splatters creating striking visual appeal. The extremely limited release features just three bags. Each pack is one of a kind and is signed and numbered by the artist.
