Tough and water resistant yet incredibly lightweight, there’s a lot to like about Dyneema. Incorporate the material into a multifunctional design and it’s even more appealing. Best Made have done just that with a limited edition version of their Patrol Pack made with Dyneema. Available in just forty units, the Dyneema Patrol Pack is a versatile 40L pack with convenient front-loading access and a choice of handy pockets for keeping essentials within easy reach. The pack also includes a light-colored water-resistant lining to boost visibility in the main compartment, along with a padded laptop sleeve to keep tech safe on the move.

Matador Hydrolite

Hydration, filtration and packability in one bag? The Matador Hydrolite is set to streamline the way you carry with its innovative design that features a HydraPak 2-liter hydration bladder and integrated Sawyer MINI water filter. The bag also offers a waterproof 8L main compartment and a quick-access shoulder strap pocket. For ultimate travel flexibility, the whole system packs down into a compact form that’s easy to store in luggage or out of the way at home until needed.

Lander Carry System

Lander Carry System

Most laptops aren’t designed to embrace demanding outdoor environments. But sometimes you still need your tech by your side. The Lander Carry System helps make that happen, with two backpacks that combine functional outdoor design with tech-friendly features. The 35L Traveler Backpack and 25L Commuter Backpack both feature two compartments, the Crash Pad and main Cargo section. The Crash Pad is designed to keep up to a 17″ laptop safe, with foam padding for impact protection and a combination of TPU-coated ripstop fabric, water-resistant zippers and taped seams for protection against the elements. The Commuter features a top-loading Cargo section, while the rolltop Cargo section of the Traveler pack opens up completely for access to gear throughout the bag. Plus with plenty of pockets on offer and optional accessories including the Lander Kit (a tri-fold Dopp kit) and Parcel (a 10L collapsible packing cube), you can easily keep gear tidy on the trails or your travels.

The collection includes the Fit Pack 2, Sling Bag 2, Gym Duffel 2 and Duffel Pack 2. The bags are made with a 1680D Cordura® ballistic nylon exterior for the black colorway and a 900D eco-dyed exterior fabric for the gray colorway. Bellroy Women's Range

Fashion or function. A lot of carry items aimed at women sacrifice one for the other. But Bellroy’s new Women’s Range doesn’t make you choose. Instead, you get both. The range merges chic aesthetics and thoughtful, functional designs that elegantly move from work to the weekend and back again. Four pieces feature in the range including the Pocket Mini, the Pocket, the Folio Wallet and the Clutch. The Pocket Mini is ideal for the essentials such as some cards, cash and coins, while the Pocket fits cards, flat bills and a phone. The Folio Wallet is great for organizing a variety of items such as cards, cash, coins and a phone. And for something that can hold wallet essentials as well as small personal items, the Clutch is ready to lend a helping hand.

Aer makes really good bags. I have had the duffel back 1 for a year or so, and it’s fantastic. Even better, the new version includes all the elements that were lacking (more space, key ring, zip pocket …). A pity it’s so hard to get in Europe. Except if you are willing to pay an extra 50€ in custom taxes…

    • Pho3bus

Hello. Since you have experience in buying Aer’s duffel pack I have a question if you don’t mind.
I’m also from Europe and interested in buying Aer duffel, but when I go to their site it says that shipping is 19 $, so I wonder why did you pay 50 EUR?
      Thx for response

      • Benoit

        Hello Pho3bus,
there’s the shipping, but also the custom taxes, because we are buying in the States, and not paying the VAT in Europe. That made it an expensive bag at the end…

        • Pho3bus

Thx for response, I have obviously forgot I would need to pay customs and VAT, which indeed makes this in the start expensive bag even more expensive.

But since you said you already have one, are you satisfied with it, was it worth the price? Or should I altogether give up on it and find something cheaper…

          • Benoit

I’ve had the V1 for more than a year now, and I use it everyday. I’m super happy with it. All the feedback I gave for little things that bothered me were corrected, so I guess we were many with the same comments. The V2 looks awesome and super practical, but with the current euro-dollar conversion + taxes, that makes it a 200€ bag…It depends how much you are ready to spend for a bag.

          • Pho3bus

Thanks Benoit, your feedback really helped me 🙂

          • Benoit

            My pleasure. :o)
