Taking minimalism to the max

Week In Review ~ 29 March

So exactly how thin is the world’s thinnest leather wallet? Well according to DUN, 0.2 inches thick (or thin, as the case may be). Labeled as the world’s thinnest leather billfold, DUN’s handcrafted minimalistic billfold has four card slots and a money strap that enables the wallet to store unfolded bills. If you’re looking at your Costanza wallet right now and thinking its days are numbered, the DUN billfold will soon be available to pre-order via Kickstarter (the campaign will be announced on their website and Facebook page when active) which gives you sufficient time to prepare for the 180 of pared-down pocket carry.

If you like a dash of designer feel to your carry, Kavala Postal may tempt you with their carry collection which caters to men and women. Eastpak’s keeping it real

Week In Review ~ 29 March

Eastpak is an urban lifestyle brand with some pretty interesting roots. The brand has been around in one form or another for over 60 years. Originally known as Eastern Canvas Products Inc., the brand began making bags for the US military in 1952. A lot has changed since then but to pay homage to their history Eastpak has released their Authentic 1952 range of bags as a salute to the brand’s early bag-making history. The range features four styles constructed out of canvas with leather detailing and comes in a choice of colorways.

The key to convenient carabiner carry

Week In Review ~ 29 March

If you utilise carabiners to carry keys, you’ll know that keys can have a mind of their own and given half a chance they’ll make a break for freedom.  (multee)project aims to counteract such getaways courtesy of their Type-2 carabiner which features three integrated keyrings so you can be assured that your keys will always stay attached regardless of whether the carabiner is open or not.

Dawn of a new collection for Ghurka

Week In Review ~ 29 MarchGhurka’s new Dusk Collection encompasses six carry pieces that all boast the quality and timeless elegance for which the brand is known. The collection caters to a number of carry needs, incorporating a dopp kit, two pouches, a duffel, wallet and card case. However, each style is limited to only 20 pieces which is good if you like exclusivity but means you’ll have to be quick off the mark if you’re keen to add them to your own carry collection.
