Liking | Zip Strap Backpack

A fun idea for an urban pack

One of our readers got in touch to share a concept backpack she has designed. Her name is Emily Vislocky, and her concept replaces the main section zip pull with the main strap, so that you’re bag can’t be opened when on your back…

The bag has a super fun vibe going, and solves a common urban security issue. While there may be a bit of load on the zipper, it’s nothing that a clever zip garage couldn’t fix.

Good stuff Emily. We hope something comes of it.

PS: Are we allowed to call this mechanism the Vislock?

Ando will write reviews that run for pages, he’ll never think a carry piece is fully resolved, and he’ll always call it out if it should be. Oh, and he’s a co-founder of Carryology.
