Jet-set carry that always looks good on the go

If you believe the trials and tribulations of air travel is no reason not to look sharp then the new Todd Snyder x Globe-Trotter collaboration is for you. Constructed out of vulcanized fiberboard, the luggage collection consists of two carry-on pieces, a briefcase and a trolley. Light in weight with chrome and leather detailing and fabric linings, these pieces will have you looking effortlessly sophisticated whether it’s a short trip or a long-haul flight – and besides, even if you’re looking a little rough around the edges, you can be assured that all eyes will be on your luggage. The pieces will soon be available at the Todd Snyder Tokyo flagship store – an excellent excuse to organize that holiday you’ve been longing for.

Adventure-ready with Alite

New colorways, new bags and new adventures await with the Presidio collection from Alite Designs. The collection is inspired by the notion that you don’t need to go far to experience awesome adventures – simply discovering your own backyard can offer plenty of fun and enticing sights. Just some of the new carry joining the Alite family are bags such as the Battery Pack and the West Bluff Pack which are urban daypacks, as well as the Great Escape Duffel designed for overnight camping and weekend trips.

Get inked with Bedouin Foundry

If you love tattoos and carry, why not enjoy them both courtesy of the inked beauty that is the Bedouin Barbary SE. This special edition bag stems from a collaboration between Bedouin Foundry and tattooist Liam Sparkes and incorporates Liam’s artwork embossed on the bag’s front leather panel, as well as a hand-printed tattoo flash sheet lining. Plus if you’re in the market for other styles, special editions of the Byzantine billfold, the Genghis messenger and the Delireis rolltop pack are also available to pre-order, with delivery in September.

Filson gets heavy

Filson bags are known for their tough durability and their determination to keep going and stand strong through years of intensive use. It doesn’t really get better than that…until now. Filson have released online exclusives of extra-rugged versions of their carry including the Small, Medium and Large Duffle Bag, the Original Briefcase and the Tote. The bags are made with Filson’s Heavy Tin fabric which is double-coated with wax for enhanced water and stain resistance. If you’re keen to grab one of these hardwearing haulers for yourself you’ll need to be quick, as they are only available until 31 August.

Arc’teryx street carry

Arc’teryx was born in Vancouver and now they are paying tribute to their origins with their collection of Fall 2014 daypacks. Each of the daypacks is named after a street or area within Vancouver and a total of six packs are on offer, namely the Cambie, the Granville, the Cordova, the Pender, the Kitsilano and the Jericho. From exploring the streets to commuting to work and stashing your tech, the packs lend themselves to a variety of EDC needs and are available now from Arc’teryx.
