The story goes: P&Co. reached out to WESN in 2022 to collaborate on a product that reflects both brands’ heritage. After years of development, the result is a Slip-Joint Microblade, representing WESN’s first UK legal Microblade. The knife features a brass handle, symbolizing the Detroit-based roots of WESN as well as the Birmingham grit of P&Co. The material was chosen for its durability and aging qualities.
The collaboration is limited to 1000 units and features a D2 steel blade and brass lanyard bead, with an open length of 3.8 inches and a closed length of 2.3 inches. It weighs just 51 grams for the ultimate in pocketability.
Teaming up with Smile Plastics, a sustainable materials leader, The James Brand have launched The Barnes LTD, a reinvented icon of everyday carry. The Barnes LTD features Heron pattern upcycled inlays made from light post-consumer waste from discarded refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and countertops.
The frame is machined from a solid billet of 6AL4V titanium and boasts a sharpened 3.5” Bohler M390 steel blade, ensuring durability and performance.
