The Icefall takes inspiration from the natural phenomenon of a glacier moving in a rapid and chaotic manner. WESN x P&Co. Slip-Joint Microblade

The story goes: P&Co. reached out to WESN in 2022 to collaborate on a product that reflects both brands’ heritage. After years of development, the result is a Slip-Joint Microblade, representing WESN’s first UK legal Microblade. The knife features a brass handle, symbolizing the Detroit-based roots of WESN as well as the Birmingham grit of P&Co. The material was chosen for its durability and aging qualities.

The collaboration is limited to 1000 units and features a D2 steel blade and brass lanyard bead, with an open length of 3.8 inches and a closed length of 2.3 inches. It weighs just 51 grams for the ultimate in pocketability.

The James Brand Barnes LTD

Teaming up with Smile Plastics, a sustainable materials leader, The James Brand have launched The Barnes LTD, a reinvented icon of everyday carry. The Barnes LTD features Heron pattern upcycled inlays made from light post-consumer waste from discarded refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and countertops.

The frame is machined from a solid billet of 6AL4V titanium and boasts a sharpened 3.5” Bohler M390 steel blade, ensuring durability and performance. The inlays offer layered soft gray tones, yellow hues, warm ochre flecks, black, and stark white in one-of-a-kind patterns, finished with a rich semi-gloss polish resembling stone. From Bozeman, MT, Mystery Ranch has launched three series for Spring 2024. First up is the Radix Series Packs which are available in three sizes and are designed for lightweight backpacking. They are crafted from Technical Ultra-PE Birdseye and recycled 100D Robic Ripstop fabric for durability. They also feature customizable load options with a removable 7000 series aerospace aluminum frame.

The Gallagator packs are available in 10, 15, 20, and 25-liter sizes and are inspired by Bozeman city trails. Fresh colors, lightweight recycled materials, and pocketed shoulder pads for improved organization are some of the key changes.

Finally, the Scree Series is available in 22 and 33-liter sizes and is designed for extreme pursuits. They feature adjustable compression, daisy chain with tool attachment points, an adjustable yoke, and a removable waist belt. Custom laminate fabric provides durability and a 3-Zip access system simplifies pack access. The packs also include a zippered lid pocket, hydration support, and options for both men’s and women’s harnessing.

GiantMouse ACE Biblio XL

It shouldn’t have come as a surprise considering how big of a hit their Biblio was, but GiantMouse just announced the follow-up: the Biblio XL. As part of their approachable ACE line, the Biblio XL is a big brother to the namesake, available in Green Canvas Micarta or Textured Titanium. The XL features brass backspacers, distinguishing itself from the smaller Biblio which used standoffs. The Micarta version boasts a stonewashed Elmax steel blade while the Titanium version is given a satin Vanadis steel treatment. The knife has a blade length of 3.2 inches and a handle length of 4.375 inches and weighs just over 5 oz.
