Tom Bihn Western Flyer

avg. reader score
10.0

The Western Flyer is a great bag for overnight trips – or longer ones if you have ninja level packing skills. Compact and suitable for use as a carry-on bag, the Western Flyer adapts to different carry requirements thanks to top and side grab handles, zip-away backpack straps, as well as shoulder strap attachment points (you can add an optional Tom Bihn strap or use your own). Where the bag really comes into its own is the organization. Frequently used items can be stored in the exterior quick-access pockets which include space for a water bottle. The bag is split into two main interior compartments, one of which can be divided into two sections – if your approach to packing is “Everything in its place” you’ll dig this bag. Extra details include YKK AquaGuard® water-repellent zippers to help protect your gear from rain and snow, and there’s plenty of colorway options to suit your personal style.
