Playing it smart for business and leisure
Lexdray have dropped new releases for Spring/Summer 2015 which up the style stakes on four of their popular pieces, each available in a limited run of 500. The Vienna Pack, Copenhagen Pack, Dubai Travel Case, as well as the Tony Royster Junior Case have all gotten the makeover treatment. Black ballistic nylon teams up with Lexdray’s custom twill fabric featuring a stylish black and white pinstripe design, giving them a sophisticated look for work or play.
Slim style for your pocket essentials
Bellroy is all about slimming down your wallet. Arguably the slimmest wallet is the one you don’t need to carry. Enter the new Bellroy Phone Case 1 Card and Phone Case 3 Card, which combine a phone case and storage for your most frequently used cards and some cash. Constructed out of vegetable-tanned full-grain leather and polycarbonate, the cases don’t skimp on the details. A soft microfiber lining, chamfered edges and a SIM card slot feature on both cases, which are designed to fit an iPhone 6. There’s also space for folded bills between the phone and case, for those emergency situations when you need to get your hands on cash with no ATM in sight. A simple swipe of your thumb provides quick and easy card access, while the slim design fits conveniently in a front pocket.
Hard-wearing haulers for your hog
There’s not much that can compare to the freedom and pleasure of hitting the open road on your motorbike – and having carry that’s not up to the job of bike travel is a sure way to put a dampener on all that joy. Luckily a new collaboration between Bleu de Chauffe and Blitz Motorcyles has rolled onto the scene, featuring tough and good-looking gear that will relish the journey as much as you do. The Blitz Tool Bag features rugged vegetable-tanned leather, plenty of space for tools, as well as a zippered pocket. Bleu de Chauffe have also redesigned their Scout backpack with motorbike travel in mind. The waxed canvas and leather construction is durable and keeps the elements at bay, while the blue edging gives a nod to the work clothes worn by the talented folks at Blitz.
