Carry Passion

One of our contributors found the above illustration on a site called Urban Sketchers. While it’s not directly an insightful carry post, it is really nice to see other people who are amped about carry, whether it’s because of a practical need or passionate want.

The sketch was drawn by Liz Steele (we think) for the sole reason of trying to find what she thinks is her perfect bag ::

“The big challenge for me is to find a bag that is LIGHTweight, practical(good pockets), neutral colour to go with everything, robust AND ‘smart’ – adjust the cross-body strap to over the shoulder and look nice in the evening or going to church etc.”

So while you might not agree with what Liz has outlined as a perfect bag, what she has drawn is based on what her carry needs are personally. Which would change from person to person, and in a way makes it all the more interesting.

Again, it’s really exciting to see more and more carry related posts, topics, drawings, etc pop up on the net and see the whole carry vibe really start to get some traction as it’s own category.
