Liking :: Multi Pop

Multi Pop. Had you heard of them? We hadn’t, but we’re sure glad we’ve come across them.

Multi Pop have a crazy huge bag range, one could almost liken it to bag heaven? That’s the part we really love about them, sure they sell a whole bunch of other product – shoes, clothing, etc. But it’s the bags that got us, hook, line and sinker. I’ve already lost time wandering the digital halls of the online store (best if you enable google translate on this too). They kind of remind us of Vic2 – the holy grail of carry out of Japan.

They’re carrying a range of brands from some of our favourites like Boreas, The North Face and Burton. To some brands that are relatively new to us or we’ve not yet heard of. There’s a truckload more, but these three jumped out at me and give you an idea of the diversity available. You can check out more Bags on Multi Pop at their website.

*Rio Kairyu – based out of Korea. Creating a lot of interesting shapes/silhouettes across a range of packs. Also are making some clothing, but seem to be more focused on carry. Sitting in the higher end of the carry market, probably reaching into a luxury a touch.

*The Leather Satchel – Out of England, and while Satchels are unisex, we’re thinking that is more for the ladies who love color and patent leather. 🙂 Not the most attractive in our minds, but wow, there’s a lot of color options. The skittles of handbags, haha.

*Tugartu – from Switzerland, primarily for urban living, running with a hertiage’ish look (use of colors and trims). Very European.
