I wish this was the backpack I was looking for…Sadly, it has given me issues that require me to look for a new bag.

The design of the bag does not allow the bag at all to rest comfortably upright. When you are trying to load the bag you have to rig it upright or try to load it laying down. The opening to load items in the bag is not wide, so even getting my laptop requires me to lift the easy access pouch out of the way and put the laptop in the bag. The other external access pouch – if filled with heavy items such as a laptop charger will will empty its contents if you unzipped the main zipper while open. I would have returned the bag but it somehow got two holes in the quick drying fabric so I am unable to return it.
