Fun iPhone Cases

Pretty much anyone who has a phone these days either has an iPhone or wants one. When a product becomes this popular it opens up the doors to all sorts of accessorising. We’re not entirely convinced they are bettering ways to carry, but they sure are fun to pull out at a party and show off. After browsing round the net for a while we found some pretty interesting variations of iPhone covers, and have found three of our favourite.

Anyone who is a Star Wars fan and Apple fan might wet themselves with this one. Society6 had recreated that special scene from Star Wars where Hans Solo get imprisoned in carbonite with a Steve Jobs version! Unfortunately Apple issued a cease and desist to Society6 for the case, and that was before Jobs’ passing, so it’s a definite no go now… (via HomeKlondike).

This is pretty neat, not a new concept but I’m digging it. Ikku make covers for Macbooks, etc from denim and obviously they going to have off cuts. These cut offs are now becoming iPhone cases, pretty neat recycling program happening… (via High Snobiety)

And last but not least, Vans have taken their famous waffle sole and put it on a case, letting you waffle out while walking and talking! (via Sixand5). Apparently the first issue sold out crazy fast, so they’re selling for a ton on ebay until the next batch gets pressed.

What cover are you rolling round with? Personally, I’m pretty boring with a basic Incase Snap Case, but we figure you’ll have some goodness to share.

I’m using the Skateback by Grove and loving it. The durability of wood is perhaps unmatched, and the stiped pattern of skateback keeps it funky enough for someone like me to pull off. What’s more, I believe the ergonomics are even better with it on.

I use a case from Oakley, the rubber they have used is more rigid than silicone, and the phone feels really protected, and it looks cool as well
