Things We Carry | Tanner Goods

Tanner Goods is good. Not because they make amazing product, but because they’re amped about more than the product. They focus on the craft, they froth out on the story and they love leather as much as we love leather. So obviously, we get pretty excited every time they dump a newsletter in our inbox. The latest one had two real nice looking pieces in it that have been made from a new (to them) leather -
Horween Chromexcel® leather

Horween are justifiably famous for producing some of the most sought after leather anywhere. They supply loads of US brands with their premium leathers, all of which are tanned in their Chicago factory. A family company since 1905, their Chromexcel® is recognized as having some of the best “pull-up” character, a property derived from Horween’s process of tanning, oiling and waxing over time that gives it distinctive richness of color and incredible aging properties. Two pieces from the Tanner Goods collection copped this new leather

1/ The Cardholder.

Multi functional, the Cardholder allows you store cash in the back for quick access and all your other cards in the front for safe keeping. The outline, the shape and folding nature of the Cardholder are all rather aesthetically pleasing. The downside is that there’s a lot of bulk in all that delightful leather.

2/ The Key Lanyard.

Featuring a more secure gated clasp which allows for quicker access to your keys, the Keyholder wraps around your belt and is fastened by a button stud, held in place by durable double-cap rivets.
